Kurt D. Olender focuses on the representation of companies in all facets of their business, including corporate formation and structure, business strategy and deal negotiation (merger and acquisition and capital raising), complex contract negotiation and drafting (including joint venturing, licensing, development and services agreements) and protection of intellectual property (including trademark registration and prosecution, copyright, and computer and technology law). Dr. Ciccone is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons and Associate Professor at Seton Hall University Medical School. Dr. Ciccone has been a practicing Urologist for 38 years and is rated as one of the best doctors in New York. Currently, he serves on the Board of Governors of The Stone Center of New Jersey, Chairman Performance Improvement Committee, and on the Board of Trustees of Clara Maass Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Ciccone is also on the Medical Alumni Board of Georgetown University. In the past, he has served as the President of New Jersey Urology Society and on the Executive Committee of American Cancer Society. He earned his bachelor’s from Rutgers University and attended Georgetown Medical School, followed by medical residency at UMDNJ.
